You also get a 10 year parts limited warranty upon timely registration.
*Timely registration required for 10 year limited parts warranty. Limited warranty period is 5 years for parts if not registered within 90 days of installation. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will receive the registered limited warranty periods. Please see warranty certificate for further details and restrictions.

This KeepRite product carries a ten (10) year limited warranty on parts, including compressor and coils, to original homeowner if installed in an owner-occupied, single-family residence and properly registered within ninety (90) days after original installation. Otherwise, the parts warranty period is five (5) years from the date of installation. Heat exchangers may carry longer limited warranty coverage that applies to original homeowners with timely registration. (See Warranty Certificate for registration instructions.
