Gas furnaces use Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) as their efficiency measurement. The higher the AFUE, the greater the efficiency and the greater your energy savings potential
Blower Motor
The blower motor helps circulate heated air through the ductwork and distributes it evenly throughout the home for consistent indoor comfort.
Heating capacity
Heating capacity for a furnace refers to the amount of heat a furnace can produce to warm a space, measured in British Thermal Units per hour (BTUh).
Operation
A single-stage unit operates at full capacity when on, a two-stage unit has two levels of operation (low for mild heating needs and high for maximum heating), and a modulating unit continuously adjusts its output to match the precise heating demands, offering more efficient and consistent temperature control.

Limited warranty period is 5 years for parts if not registered within 90 days of installation. The warranty period on the heat exchanger is 20 years.
